Job OverviewPSK Infracontract is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and grow all our digital assets, including social media, website, SEO, online ads, and lead-generation campaigns. If you are creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital marketing in the renewable energy / solar industry, this role is ideal for you.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management<ul><li>Handle company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.</li><li>Create engaging posts, reels, stories, ad creatives &amp; video content.</li><li>Plan monthly content calendars and execute branding activities.</li></ul>2. Paid Ads &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads.</li><li>Run targeted campaigns for solar rooftop, EPC, industrial solar, and O&amp;M services.</li><li>Optimize ad conversions and reduce cost per lead.</li></ul>3. Website &amp; SEO Management<ul><li>Update and manage the company website regularly.</li><li>Work on on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO &amp; keyword ranking.</li><li>Improve website performance, speed, and conversions.</li></ul>4. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, CRM tools, etc.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.</li><li>Suggest data-backed improvements for better ROI.</li></ul>5. Content &amp; Branding<ul><li>Write blogs, case studies, project updates, captions, and ad copies.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing executives.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Any degree; certification in digital marketing is an advantage.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years experience in digital marketing (solar or energy sector preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge in:</li><li>Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Google Ads</li><li>SEO &amp; Content Strategy</li><li>Canva / Photoshop / Creative tools</li><li>Social media growth strategies</li><li>Ability to manage end-to-end digital marketing without supervision.</li><li>Good communication and analytical skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
