We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our team in an Inpatient setting. This position offers a 7 on/ 7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.(We also have another opening in an outpatient setting in Cleveland, OH, with a Mon&ndash;Fri schedule.)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Board-certified Psychiatrist with valid licensure.</li><li>Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $350,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cambridge, OH (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
