The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure seamless project delivery.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.</li><li>Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.</li><li>Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the technical team.</li><li>Handle stakeholder queries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.</li><li>Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business processes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, operations) for project delivery.</li><li>Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Case Diagrams.</li><li>Assist in project planning, risk identification, and impact analysis.</li><li>Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business objectives are met.</li><li>Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation.</li><li>Provide insights through data analysis to support business decision-making.</li><li>Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and client expectations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services/solutions environment.</li><li>Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Planner</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have an experience with IT Sector? </li><li>Do you have an experience for handling stake holders and Team management?</li><li>Are you an immediate joiner? </li><li>Please provide your notice period</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
