We are committed to a collaborative model that emphasizes patient-centered treatment, long-term wellness, and professional growth for our clinicians.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing behavioral health team. The PA will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care under the supervision of a board-certified psychiatrist. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality mental health care in an outpatient setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits for patients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and/or geriatric populations depending on experience).</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Monitor patient progress, assess medication efficacy and side effects, and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).</li><li>Provide patient education and promote adherence to treatment plans.</li><li>Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Texas Medical Board guidelines.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.</li><li>Current and unrestricted Texas PA license.</li><li>Current DEA registration (or eligibility).</li><li>Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.</li><li>EMR proficiency and comfort with telepsychiatry platforms are a plus.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation structure (base salary and/or productivity-based model).</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>CME allowance and support for ongoing professional education.</li><li>Collaborative, supportive environment with direct psychiatric supervision.</li><li>Flexible scheduling options and telehealth integration.</li></ul>Why Join Cyfair Psychiatry?<ul><li>Established reputation for high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care.</li><li>Supportive multidisciplinary team and experienced administrative staff.</li><li>Emphasis on clinician autonomy, work-life balance, and professional growth.</li><li>Opportunity to practice across diverse populations and expand clinical expertise.</li></ul>Pay: $120,317.48 - $150,000.47 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
