Job Overview We are seeking a creative and dynamic TikTok Social Media Maven to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content that resonates with our audience on TikTok, while also enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms. You will leverage your expertise in social media marketing and digital trends to create compelling videos and graphics that drive engagement and growth.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute innovative TikTok content strategies that align with brand objectives. a</li><li>Create, edit, and publish engaging video content tailored for TikTok, utilizing skills in video editing and graphic design.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends, audience feedback, and competitor activity.</li><li>Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies.</li><li>Engage with followers through relationship management practices to build community and brand loyalty.</li><li>Influencer engagement: Identifying and managing partnerships with creators, thought leaders, and influencers in psychiatry, mental health, and functional medicine.</li><li>Community building: engaging with professional audiences (psychiatrists, PMHNPs, NPs, PAs, and NDs) on TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and WhatsApp&mdash;sharing insights, joining discussions, and connecting clinicians with our courses, webinars, and fellowship programs.</li><li>Experience</li></ul>The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management with a focus on TikTok. Experience in the following areas is preferred:<ul><li>Content creation and video editing skills, particularly for platforms like TikTok.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of photography techniques that enhance visual storytelling.</li><li>A storyteller and connector who knows how to make complex topics approachable and inspiring.</li><li>A creative social media strategist with proven experience growing brands on TikTok (and bonus points for Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, or WhatsApp).</li><li>Experienced in building online communities and managing influencer relationships.</li><li>Ideally familiar with&mdash;or passionate about&mdash;mental health, functional medicine, or integrative health.</li><li>Self-motivated, collaborative, and based in the U.S.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 30 per weekWork Location: Remote
