Position Summary 
We&rsquo;re looking for a Physical Therapist who shares our mission and passion for helping people live healthier, more independent lives. What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Evaluate patients&rsquo; movement, strength, function, and overall mobility to identify impairments and set meaningful goals.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and education to promote recovery and long-term wellness.</li>
<li>Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure success in achieving goals.</li>
<li>Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.</li>
<li>Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes clearly and accurately.</li>
<li>Stay current with best practices and continue to grow your expertise through ongoing education.</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.</li>
<li>Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>A heart for service, empathy, and patience in supporting others.</li>
<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with a passion for our mission are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>

Work Environment 
You&rsquo;ll have opportunities to serve patients in our private practice clinics across southeastern Wisconsin as well as in select industrial settings, always with the support of a team that shares your passion for helping others. 
What are the Compensation and Benefits?

The base salary for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per 
year depending on experience and qualifications. There is a flexible earning system with 
productivity bonuses available.

What would my work schedule look like: 
The clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p: No weekends. No major holidays! Flexible 
scheduling to suit the needs of the candidate hired is available.
