<div>PTMW, Inc is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Machine Support our Pre-Fabrication (PFAB) team. The Machine Support will be responsible for loading and unloading metal cutting machines, staging raw materials for cutting, and finishing metal parts by removing sharp edges, burrs, or excess material left over from the machining process. Our PFAB team works 12 hour shifts with two day shifts-6:00am-6:00pm, and two night shifts-6:00pm-6:00am. Please do not apply for this position if you are not willing to work a 12 hour shift.<ul><li>
Utilize powered industrial trucks including forklifts and walk-behind/lift assist to move raw materials and finished parts to and from specific machines.</li><li>
Inspect machined parts to identify areas requiring deburring, grinding, or polishing.</li><li>
Use hand tools such as files, sanders, grinders, and deburring knives to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material.</li><li>
Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify part dimensions and surface finishes.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.</li><li>
Collaborate with machinists and other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.</li></ul>
Required:<ul><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>
Capable of lifting up to 75lbs</li><li>
Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical capacity test and breath alcohol test.</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Prior experience operating a fork lift.</li><li>
Prior experience as a deburrer or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>
Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and operate hand tools effectively.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul></div>

Machine Support, D shift- 6:00pm-6:00am Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday

<div>We are looking for a self-motivated, quality-minded Painter to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for painting metal parts and ensuring they meet quality standards. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with standard working hours of 8:00pm-6:00am Sunday night- Thursday morning. This position may require additional hours (overtime) to meet demand as needed.
Essential Functions of the job:<ul><li>Clean, sand, and smooth metal surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint or coating.</li><li>Apply protective coverings to areas not being painted.</li><li>Inspect surfaces for any imperfections, such as rust, burrs, or debris, and remove them as needed.</li><li>Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications and job requirements.</li><li>Apply paint or coating using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other equipment, ensuring even coverage.</li><li>Operate and maintain painting equipment, including spray booths, to ensure safe and efficient operations.</li><li>Inspect painted parts for consistency, thickness, and finish quality.</li><li>Touch up areas with defects or inconsistencies.</li><li>Ensure painted components meet company and customer standards for appearance and durability.</li><li>Clean and maintain equipment and work area.</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.</li><li>Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.</li></ul></div>
