 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Hire for a broad range of roles across the advertising services spectrum &mdash; including creative, media, strategy, planning, social, ORM, content, production, and post
 </li>

 Work closely with business and team leads to understand hiring needs and deliver with speed and quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Build talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates &mdash; because a good recruiter is also a great listener
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize candidate experience &mdash; timely updates, respectful conversations, and a process that feels human
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the hiring engine running smoothly &mdash; organized, updated, and always a step ahead
 </li>

 The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design

 Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy
