 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks including latte arts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions and all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring excellent first impression of the guest by practicing excellent personal hygiene and impeccable cleanliness of the outlet.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal &amp; detailed service in an upscale, fast paced environment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous Barista experience required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Point of sale system experience is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly responsible &amp; reliable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
