Role Overview

This is not a tele-calling or cold-calling role. 
You will manage qualified inbound leads, run strategic discovery coordination, and ensure seamless proposal handovers by working closely with the Strategy team. The leads are pre-qualified through companies&rsquo; campaigns, AI tools, demo workflows, and thought leadership efforts.

The goal: ensure funnel velocity, timely proposal coordination, and support high-value closures.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Qualification
<ul>
<li>Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website demos, LLM SEO flows, or founder networks</li>
</ul><ul><li>Score and prioritize leads using firmographics, urgency, and solution fit</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain hygiene in CRM (e.g., Zoho) with updated lead stages and notes</li>
</ul>
Discovery, Coordination &amp; Proposal Handoff
<ul>
<li>Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with Strategy, Product, or Founder</li>
</ul><ul><li>Prepare internal briefs on each lead, industry, persona, past interactions, urgency</li>
</ul><ul><li>Coordinate with the Strategy team to prepare and dispatch tailored proposals, pitch decks, or demos. Or prepare commercial proposals</li>
</ul><ul><li>Track proposal follow-ups, next-step commitments, and secure feedback from clients</li>
</ul>
Lead Engagement &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Maintain structured, professional communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp</li>
</ul><ul><li>Respond to queries with speed and clarity</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure all client-facing touchpoints are logged in CRM with accuracy</li>
</ul>
Funnel Reporting &amp; Insights

<li>Share weekly updates on:</li>
</ul><ul><li>MQL to SQL conversion</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proposal tracking</li>
</ul><ul><li>Meeting-to-deal velocity</li>

have hands on knowledge in animation, then you might just be our next Graphic Designer.

Your Role and Responsibilities

meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job; 
estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients; 
developing design briefs that suit the client&rsquo;s purpose; 
thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design; 
using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time; 
presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers; 
working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies; 
proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work; 
demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print; 
commissioning illustrators and photographers; 
working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

Work Experience Required

We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients&rsquo; needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our designers and client servicing team. 
The goal is to get the clients&rsquo; message across.

1-3 years of experience in graphic designing.

&ndash; A flexible approach when working in a team. 
&ndash; Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients. 
&ndash; Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.

&ndash; Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs. 
&ndash; Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.
