The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible professional who can handle multiple administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, fluency in both English and Arabic, and the ability to interact effectively with local and international partners. Experience in purchasing and coordinating with suppliers is an advantage and will be part of the administrative duties.Key responsibilities include: managing correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation; organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events; maintaining confidentiality and executive calendars; assisting management with reporting and coordination; and supporting purchasing and vendor communications.Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role such as Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. Mechanical AssemblerWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team.
