Role Overview</b></div><div>
We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented B2B marketing professional who sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, interviewing, and onboarding businesses into Pulse Labs&rsquo; B2B research and data programs.</div><div>
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand program goals, define target business profiles, and design outreach strategies that resonate with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers across industries and geographies. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational excellence.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
B2B Acquisition &amp; Partnerships</b></div><ul><li>
Design and execute B2B marketing and outreach strategies to recruit companies into Pulse Labs&rsquo; research and study programs.</li><li>
Identify and engage CXOs, founders, senior leaders, and decision-makers across small, mid-sized, and large enterprises.</li><li>
Conduct discovery conversations or interviews with businesses to assess fit and align expectations before onboarding them into programs.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with participating businesses through thoughtful communication and white-glove engagement.</li></ul><div><b>
Sales-Adjacent Marketing &amp; Outreach</b></div><ul><li>
Own end-to-end outreach workflows including email campaigns, direct outreach, follow-ups, and nurture sequences.</li><li>
Partner closely with internal teams to align messaging, positioning, and value propositions for different business audiences.</li><li>
Ideate and test different channels and venues for reaching decision-makers (e.g., LinkedIn, founder communities, professional networks, partnerships, events, referrals).</li></ul><div><b>
Program Onboarding &amp; Operations</b></div><ul><li>
Manage the onboarding process for businesses, ensuring clarity on participation requirements, timelines, and expectations.</li><li>
Oversee communications and coordination across multiple concurrent B2B programs.</li><li>
Maintain detailed tracking across extensive spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal systems to manage outreach status, onboarding progress, and participation metrics.</li></ul><div><b>
Automation, Systems &amp; Scale</b></div><ul><li>
Recommend and implement marketing and communication automations to scale B2B outreach and follow-ups efficiently.</li><li>
Work within marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage pipelines, workflows, and reporting.</li><li>
Ensure consistency and quality across communications while managing volume at scale.</li></ul><div><b>
Global &amp; Cross-Functional Management</b></div><ul><li>
Manage multi-country, multi-language B2B projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Coordinate with and manage team members or contractors across regions who support outreach, operations, and communications in different languages.</li><li>
Act as a bridge between marketing, research operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on goals and execution.</li></ul><div><b>
Measurement &amp; Optimization</b></div><ul><li>
Track performance metrics related to outreach, conversion, onboarding, and program participation.</li><li>
Use insights and data to continuously refine strategies, messaging, and targeting.</li><li>
Embrace a test-and-learn mindset to improve outcomes across programs.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Basic Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>
4 - 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, growth, or sales-adjacent roles.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with businesses and senior stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences.</li><li>
Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar).</li><li>
High comfort managing complex workflows, detailed spreadsheets, and multiple moving parts simultaneously.</li><li>
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Experience working in research, SaaS, professional services, or B2B marketplaces.</li><li>
Prior experience recruiting businesses for studies, advisory boards, pilots, or beta programs.</li><li>
Experience managing or mentoring team members across regions or languages.</li><li>
Strong strategic thinking skills combined with a willingness to execute hands-on.</li><li>
Familiarity with global projects spanning multiple countries and cultures.</li></ul></div><div></div>
