 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Customer Support

 Identify customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

 Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.

 Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within company systems.
 </li>

 Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

 Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality service standards.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>

 Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset.
 </li>

 </li>
 <li>
