 About the Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring our first Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels, product marketing, and internal assets. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you&rsquo;ll collaborate across the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees and experiences Pump.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and evolve Pump&rsquo;s brand system&mdash;ensuring visual consistency across all public touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and occasionally motion/animated assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to design strategy, campaign brainstorming, and creative ideation sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support presentation design for executive and investor communications
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital and brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent collaboration and communication&mdash;comfortable working across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: experience in motion graphics, short-form video editing, or illustration
 </li>

 Visual Designer
 
 to design and produce high-quality
 
 visual AND MOTION assets
 
 for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you&rsquo;ll collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership teams to define how the world sees and experiences Pump.
 
 
 While this role spans core brand and visual design, we're actively looking for someone with strong motion design capabilities. You&rsquo;ll be a key creative partner in telling compelling stories through both static and animated content.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for digital, brand, and campaign needs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion/animated content to support product launches, GTM, and internal communications
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate cross-functionally on brand evolution, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing teams to drive audience engagement and demand generation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Own and evolve Pump&rsquo;s design system to ensure visual consistency across all channels
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support executive, investor, and sales presentations with creative design and storytelling
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Contribute to overall creative strategy and participate in campaign brainstorms
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in visual or motion design, ideally at a fast-paced startup or B2B SaaS company
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 A strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across digital and brand
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Framer (required)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong skills in layout, typography, animation, and visual storytelling
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an understanding of marketing goals and audience engagement
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-driven creative environment
 
 </li>
 <li>
