 About the Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring our first Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels, product marketing, and internal assets. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you&rsquo;ll collaborate across the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees and experiences Pump.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and evolve Pump&rsquo;s brand system&mdash;ensuring visual consistency across all public touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and occasionally motion/animated assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to design strategy, campaign brainstorming, and creative ideation sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support presentation design for executive and investor communications
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital and brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent collaboration and communication&mdash;comfortable working across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: experience in motion graphics, short-form video editing, or illustration
 </li>
