Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, focusing on product listings, order management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to optimize our online presence and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities1. Product Management and Listings<ul><li>Manage and update product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Shopify), ensuring accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Write compelling product descriptions and maintain high-quality product images and content to maximize appeal and conversion rates.</li><li>Monitor and manage product inventory, coordinating with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.</li></ul>2. Order Processing and Fulfillment<ul><li>Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from receiving to fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely processing.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse staff to facilitate seamless and efficient shipping and delivery.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns related to orders, providing excellent customer service.</li></ul>3. Online Sales and Marketing<ul><li>Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).</li><li>Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve product visibility and drive organic traffic.</li><li>Analyze sales data, monitor website traffic, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.</li></ul>4.
