job description :Punnamada Backwater Resort is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff to take care of the resort&rsquo;s maintenance and repair works.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Carry out routine maintenance of rooms, villas, common areas, and facilities</li><li>Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance works</li><li>Attend maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failure</li><li>Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of all facilities</li><li>Coordinate with other departments when required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years experience in hotel/resort or similar property</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs</li><li>Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls</li><li>Hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented</li><li>ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: As per industry standards</li><li>Duty meals / accommodation (if applicable)</li><li>Statutory benefits as per company policy</li></ul>Job Type:<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply directly through IndeedJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
