We are looking to add someone to our team that meets the following requirements:1. Must be willing to commit to a year2. Available to work M-F 10-1, but be open to changing hours.3. Put a small amount of dogs in your own vehicle4. Do overnights, some weekends, or weekday PM visits. (with plenty of notice)5. Live in the area, no more than 10 miles-- (Natick/Framingham ideally)6. Have a reliable vehicle and cell phone.7. Work in all weather conditions8. Have good social skills with clientele.9. Be a good team member and bring a positive attitude to our team10. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to pets by walking, feeding, and engaging with animals in their owners&rsquo; absence. Your enthusiasm for animal handling and pet care will help ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved during their time with us.Duties<ul><li>Take dogs on scheduled walks, ensuring proper handling and safety at all times</li><li>Provide attentive pet sitting services including feeding, administering medication if needed, and companionship</li><li>Monitor pet behavior and ensure animals are comfortable and secure during visits</li><li>Perform animal restraint techniques safely during grooming or veterinary visits when necessary</li><li>Maintain detailed records of pet activities, behaviors, and any health concerns observed</li><li>Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets&rsquo; well-being and any notable issues</li><li>Assist with light pet grooming or cleaning tasks as required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in dog training, animal handling, or pet sitting preferred</li><li>Knowledge of veterinary procedures or veterinary technician/assistant experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments confidently and safely</li><li>Experience with animal restraint techniques and general animal care practices</li><li>Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary (e.g., lifting pets or supplies)</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to build trust with pet owners</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation are preferred for flexible service routes</li></ul>Join our team to make a positive impact on pets&rsquo; lives while enjoying a rewarding career caring for animals!Pay: $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
