 Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing their daily tasks.</li><li><br>
 Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.</li><li><br>
 Use your logistics knowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience, to keep operations running smoothly.</li><li><br>
 Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.</li><li><br>
 Handle time management with precision, ensuring that all service calls are addressed in a timely manner.</li><li><br>
 Work closely with the service team, ensuring that everything runs like clockwork.</li></ul><br>
