Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will be the go-to person for administrative support, managing office supplies, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining office systems and processes. This position requires a versatile individual who can contribute to a positive and productive office atmosphere.
Requirements<ul><li>Receiving Mail, paying bills and writing checks</li><li>Managing day-to-day communication with vendors, attorneys, and clients</li><li>Complete One-off Projects for Management</li><li>Collect, organize and document transaction data as per local requirements</li><li>Coordinate with insurance agents, licensing agencies, etc.</li><li>Updating checklists and assisting with daily operational needs</li><li>Provide weekly updates to leadership and suggest improvements to processes and</li></ul>
procedures<ul><li>Assist with daily phone calls and emails to service providers for company-related</li></ul>
property ownership needs<ul><li>Assist with recruitment and interview process for new candidates and hires</li><li>Organize and clean the office including vacuuming and trash removal</li><li>Manage and order office supplies</li><li>Attend to the needs of the sales staff to maintain efficiency in the office</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>Highly Organized</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Multi-tasking is a must</li><li>Attention to Details</li><li>Problem Solver</li><li>Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace</li><li>Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager, Paralegal Experience a Plus</li><li>Real Estate Experience a Plus</li></ul>
