Schedule: Part-Time (15&ndash;20 hours/week, primarily afternoons)
We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable, professional, and personable receptionist to support our front office operations. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping keep the office organized and running smoothly. If you&rsquo;re detail-oriented, enjoy variety in your day, and like working with people, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:<ul><li>
Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience</li><li>
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system; take accurate messages</li><li>
Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendars</li><li>
Perform general office tasks including filing, scanning, printing, and document preparation</li><li>
Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>
Assist with organizing and maintaining QA and compliance documentation</li><li>
Prepare and bind materials such as training manuals</li><li>
Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and internal records</li><li>
Provide support to multiple departments as needed</li></ul>
Office &amp; Event Support:<ul><li>
Order and track office supplies</li><li>
Create badges and laminated materials (new hires, DOT cards, etc.)</li><li>
Open/close front office and maintain clean, organized common areas</li><li>
Support company events and initiatives in partnership with HR, Marketing, QA teams</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years of administrative or office experience</li><li>
Experience managing a multi-line phone system</li><li>
Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook</li><li>
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated</li><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li></ul>
Work Environment &amp; Schedule<ul><li>
Office-based position</li><li>
Part-time, 15&ndash;20 hours per week</li><li>
Primarily afternoon hours with occasional morning coverage</li></ul>
