Social Media Marketing CoordinatorJob rolePure for Men is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Associate to help grow our online presence through engaging content and direct customer communication. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, LGBTQIA+-focused e-commerce environment and is passionate about short-form video, social storytelling, and email/SMS marketing.You&rsquo;ll work closely with our brand and marketing teams to create daily social content (especially TikTok), support campaign launches, and manage email/SMS communications that keep our community informed and engaged.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the creation and scheduling of weekly marketing emails and promotional SMS campaigns</li><li>Assist with building email flows and segments through Klaviyo (or similar platforms)</li><li>Daily content creation and planning: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality photo, video, and graphic content tailored for multiple social media channels, with a particular focus on video content for TikTok.</li><li>Trend monitoring and creative ideation: Stay ahead of social media trends and brainstorm innovative, engaging content ideas to ensure relevance and virality.</li><li>Build and grow our TikTok channel with creative, engaging, and trend-responsive video content.</li><li>Engage with online communities: Interact with followers and customers in a professional and personable manner to foster brand loyalty.</li><li>Strengthen relationships with key influencers in the community and develop partnership opportunities.</li><li>Support the creation of content for new customer campaigns, including collaboration with external creative agencies.</li></ul>Job Duties<ul><li>Reports directly to the Marketing Director.</li><li>Organize and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategies and email/sms marketing.</li><li>Partner with marketing managers to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.</li><li>Coordinate with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing outcomes.</li><li>Identify and incorporate the latest trends and technologies to ensure competitiveness in the industry.</li><li>Maintain the content calendar and oversee the development of freelance and in-house content.</li><li>Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Basic experience using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other email/SMS platforms</li><li>Comfort and confidence creating or directing short-form video content</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and trends in LGBTQ+ digital spaces</li><li>Proven experience as a marketing assistant, with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles and content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and identifying insights to optimize performance.</li><li>Skilled at multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of market research techniques, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.), and trends.</li><li>Strong communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.</li><li>Self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
