Pure Harvest is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on NetSuite Functional Expert to manage the day-to-day operations of our ERP platform and also provide IT support to internal users. The ideal candidate will support business users across departments, especially in the areas of Advanced Manufacturing and Warehouse Management (WMS), while also addressing basic IT troubleshooting and access needs.Job Responsibilities:NetSuite Functional Support <ul><li>Provide first-level support for NetSuite users across departments (Finance, Procurement, Inventory Operations, Sales, etc.)</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to saved searches, workflows, forms, roles/permissions, and dashboards</li><li>Support end users in navigating Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, Work Orders, and inventory related transactions</li><li>Maintain user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with internal controls</li><li>Assist in testing and deploying system updates, enhancements, and integrations</li><li>Collaborate with external NetSuite support vendors for escalation and solution delivery</li><li>Maintain documentation for key processes, issue logs, and FAQs</li></ul>L1 IT Support<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT issues, including account access, password resets and basic troubleshooting</li><li>Manage user onboarding/offboarding for platforms like Microsoft 365 and NetSuite</li><li>Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support</li><li>Escalate unresolved technical issues to relevant internal or external teams as needed</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in a NetSuite functional role</li><li>Experience working with Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, and Inventory modules</li><li>Familiarity with NetSuite customization: saved searches, forms, dashboards, workflows</li><li>Experience providing L1 internal IT support in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with business users</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification or higher</li><li>Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or supply chain-driven industries</li><li>Familiarity with integration platforms like Celigo or Boomi</li><li>Awareness of IT security best practices&mdash;including access control, data protection, and backup procedures&mdash;for both on-premises servers and Microsoft 365 environments is highly advantageous</li></ul>Interested candidates may apply and send their CVs to_ careers@pureharvestfarms.com. Job Overview:As the Cost and Inventory Accountant, you bring strong attention to detail and a practical, analytical approach to managing costing and inventory processes. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, inventory valuation, and cost tracking. You&rsquo;re confident working with ERP systems and collaborating with colleagues across teams, including operations, procurement, and commercial. You take ownership of your work, enjoy solving problems, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Your contributions will support the finance team&rsquo;s overall performance and help the business make more informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:1. Cost Accounting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Track and report production and input costs across farms (e.g., labour, water, packaging, fertilizers, energy).</li><li>Monitor and analyse actual vs standard costs per crop or SKU.</li><li>Maintain and update cost allocation models by crop, farm, and SKU.</li><li>Provide cost variance analysis against budgets and historical trends.</li><li>Partner with the Commercial team to deliver SKU-level margin and pricing analysis.</li><li>Provide margin insights by crop, region, and customer segment to support commercial decision-making.</li></ul>2. Inventory Management &amp; Valuation<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, growing crops, and finished goods.</li><li>Ensure timely and correct posting of inventory movements in ERP (e.g., harvests, transfers, adjustments).</li><li>Perform month-end inventory valuation and reconciliations.</li><li>Support cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and resolve stock discrepancies with operations and supply chain teams.</li></ul>3. Item Master &amp; Product Setup<ul><li>Act as finance partner in item master creation and updates in the ERP system.</li><li>Work with Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure items are set up with correct categories, units of measure, costing methods, and tax codes.</li><li>Maintain consistency in item coding and attributes across business units and regions.</li><li>Monitor and address data quality issues across the inventory and product master files.</li></ul>4. Fixed Assets Accounting<ul><li>Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.</li><li>Perform regular asset reconciliations and support periodic physical verification exercises.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company capitalization policies.</li></ul>5. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare cost and inventory schedules for month-end close, including reconciliations and accruals.</li><li>Support the Finance Manager in preparing inventory and cost-related components of management reports.</li><li>Contribute to weekly internal reporting on cost movements, input prices, yield trends, and inventory balances.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of year-end audit schedules and provide supporting documentation for auditors.</li></ul>6. Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Provide cost inputs for annual budgets and periodic reforecasts.</li><li>Maintain budget vs actual trackers at the farm, cost centre, and crop level.</li><li>Highlight major cost drivers, risks, and opportunities as part of forecast updates.</li></ul>7. Audit Support &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and reconcile audit schedules related to COGS, inventory, and production costs.</li><li>Support internal and external audits with timely responses and supporting documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls around inventory, costing, and data governance.</li></ul>8. Operational &amp; Commercial Business Partnering<ul><li>Support Farm Operations teams in tracking key cost drivers and improving cost visibility.</li><li>Partner with the Commercial team on SKU costing, pricing analysis, and product margin insights.</li><li>Ensure alignment of operational activities (e.g., new crop trials, changes in input mix) with financial impact.</li><li>Assist in cost inputs for new product development, supplier changes, or customer deals.</li></ul>9. Systems &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Support improvements in NetSuite usage for inventory and costing accuracy.</li><li>Identify gaps in costing, inventory control, or item data and propose enhancements.</li><li>Work with internal stakeholders to automate manual reports or reconciliation processes where possible.</li></ul>10. Ad Hoc Support &amp; Other Duties<ul><li>Support the business on ad hoc analysis, data requests, and cross-functional projects as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CMA, or CPA preferred.</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years&rsquo; experience in cost and inventory accounting, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing.</li><li>Strong ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).</li><li>Solid understanding of inventory valuation, cost allocations, and product costing.</li><li>Comfortable partnering with non-finance teams and working close to operations</li></ul>Interested candidates may send CVs to careers@pureharvestfarms.com.
