 Summary
 
 
 
 The Associate Director &ndash; Research &amp; Education will lead and drive the organization&rsquo;s clinical excellence strategies to improve the clinical operations, support evidence-based practices, and improve patient outcomes. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing clinical operations, research &amp; education initiatives, cultivating an innovative environment, and aligning research priorities with strategic goals. Maintain a strong on-site presence across facilities conducting gap analyses, coaching clinical leaders, and validating improvement initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide strategic leadership in developing a comprehensive Clinical Excellence strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify key challenges and priorities in clinical operations and quality improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and engage teams and stakeholders to enhance patient satisfaction and drive clinical initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for clinical performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budgeting and resource allocation to support clinical operations and initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a culture of innovation by promoting new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build partnerships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and other healthcare organizations to enhance research and development opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives into clinical and operational practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and implement quality improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure clinical operations comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the analysis and visualization of data related to Clinical Excellence and Academic Affairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with performance/analytics teams to ensure dashboards inform clinical decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the development of new projects addressing current clinical and operational challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and leverage emerging trends in healthcare and technology to improve patient care, operations, and outcomes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 12 years in healthcare administration or management in a senior leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree or advanced clinical training is preferred / PhD Degree in a relevant discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Licensed clinician with an accredited clinical degree (MD, DO, RN with MSN/DNP, PharmD).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in research design, methodology, and data analysis, with a solid understanding of healthcare trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.
 </li>

As a Business Analyst, you&rsquo;ll dive into international subsidiaries data and uncover market trends that shape strategic decisions and operational improvements.  Main Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Gather, organize, and make sense of data and reports from international subsidiaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyse datasets to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities that drive actionable decisions&mdash;from financial performance insights to operational efficiency improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development and execution of business plans, cases, and strategies for new projects or products, including financial modelling and budget planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to projects that create value for the group, identifying synergies and growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between data suppliers and commissioners, ensuring smooth data flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help design and enhance reporting processes and content to make them more effective and insightful.

 Assist in structuring or refining processes such as budgeting and business planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with teams and subsidiaries to ensure the timely delivery of data and other project deliverables.

 Communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations for stakeholders.

 Provide support on projects and initiatives with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and presentations.

 Required Skills:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.

 Comfortable with data visualization and analytical tools (MS Office is essential).

 Qualifications:

 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
 </li>
