</p><p><b>Position Summary:
</b></p><p>The HR Business Partner (Developmental) supports the Human Resources function by providing professional-level HR services in the areas of employee relations, training and development, data analysis, and organizational support. This role is designed for an HR professional ready to grow into a senior-level business partner position under the mentorship of the Vice President of Human Resources. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven, patient-focused, and values-based environment, where accountability, consistency, and integrity are central to success. The HR Business Partner (Developmental) works collaboratively with managers and supervisors to promote a culture of excellence, responsibility, and teamwork.</p><p>
</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Employee Relations</h3><ul><li>
Support and assist in the resolution of employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, professionalism, and consistency.</li><li>
Provide guidance to supervisors on employee engagement, corrective actions, and performance documentation.</li><li>
Conduct and document basic workplace investigations under the supervision of the VP of HR.</li><li>
Promote a positive work environment rooted in respect, open communication, and patient-centered service.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Manager &amp; Supervisor Training</h3><ul><li>
Partner with the VP of HR to develop and deliver leadership training focused on performance management, communication, and accountability.</li><li>
Assist in creating tools and resources that help managers effectively coach and develop their teams.</li><li>
Track and report completion of training and evaluate effectiveness.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</h3><ul><li>
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends in turnover, retention, and engagement.</li><li>
Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly HR metrics reports.</li><li>
Collaborate with the HR team to recommend evidence-based improvements to HR processes and workforce planning.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Onboarding &amp; Retention</h3><ul><li>
Conduct or assist with employee orientations to reinforce company culture, mission, and performance expectations.</li><li>
Participate in turnover review meetings, identify themes, and propose actionable recommendations.</li><li>
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee retention and engagement.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
HR Compliance &amp; Operations</h3><ul><li>
Partner with the HR Generalist to maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws.</li><li>
Ensure all HR processes align with accreditation standards and internal policy requirements.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in HR records and systems.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Strategic and Project Support</h3><ul><li>
Assist the VP of HR in implementing department initiatives such as employee engagement programs, policy updates, and process improvements.</li><li>
Participate in cross-functional HR projects and contribute to department goals.</li><li>
Represent HR in company meetings and initiatives that promote a positive, accountable culture.</li></ul><p>
Other Duties:</p><ul><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Human Resources department.</li></ul><p><b>
Required Knowledge and Skills</b></p><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in generalist or employee relations roles.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership and staff.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR data.</li><li>
Comfort with HRIS platforms and data reporting tools.</li><li>
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Desire to grow into a senior-level HR leadership role through mentorship and hands-on experience.</li><li>
Alignment with organizational values of accountability, integrity, respect, and patient-centered service.</li></ul><p><b>
Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements.</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.</li><li>
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.</li><li>
Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.</li></ul><p><b>
