Following continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their UK team and play a key role in the development of healthcare applications used within Mental Health Trusts across the UK.</p></div><div><p>

Senior Full Stack Developer,</b> the role:</p></div><div><ul><li>Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using C#/.NET and React
</li><li>Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS
</li><li>Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and security
</li><li>Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks across unit, integration and end-to-end testing
</li><li>Drive engineering best practice through code reviews and quality standards
</li><li>Work within a regulated software environment with a strong focus on quality and compliance
</li><li>Collaborate closely with a small, highly skilled development team
</li><li>Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment processes
</li><li>Troubleshoot, optimise and improve performance across applications and services
</li><li>Contribute to documentation, traceability and technical governance requirements
</li><li>Support future growth of the engineering team through mentoring and knowledge sharing</li></ul></div><div><p><b>
Senior Full Stack Developer,</b> the person:</p></div><div><ul><li>Strong commercial experience with C# /.NET Core /.NET 6+
</li><li>Strong React.js and modern JavaScript development experience
</li><li>Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems
</li><li>Experience with design patterns and frameworks such as Entity Framework, MVC, MVVM or CQRS
</li><li>Proven experience implementing automated testing and quality assurance practices
</li><li>Experience with Azure cloud environments
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
</li><li>Experience working with MS SQL and relational databases
</li><li>Understanding of secure coding principles and data protection requirements
</li><li>Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency</li></ul></div><div><p><b>
