<b>What </b><b>you&rsquo;ll </b><b>do.
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Serve as the primary business development partner for a defined set of brokers in the New York Metro Region.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Conduct regular meetings and sales calls to broker partners to execute defined plans, measure progress, and achieve established KPI&rsquo;s.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Identify , appoint, and effectively onboard new brokers.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Implement strategies to increase production with the intent of writing profitable business.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Increase large account production among a short list of specified broker partners.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proactively manage underperforming brokers, as needed.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Build relationships and positive awareness of PURE among important COIs; and,
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Explore/advance new partnerships and programs to grow the PURE membership including; Family Offices, Wealth Management Firms, Risk Management firms, Real Estate, etc.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Establish personal relationships with a network of influential PURE promoters who unsolicited and willingly share their enthusiasm for PURE with others.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Actively participate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders for the development of the region/territory growth and profit plan and oversee its successful execution.<br>

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>5+ years of personal lines property and casualty insurance experience in sales, marketing, or underwriting.

</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Overnight travel may be required .

</b></p><ul><li>Gain an understanding of Agile development methodology and how it drives successful technology delivery

</b></p><ul><li>Build and maintain product backlogs using Agile practices

</b></p><p>Technology Analysts begin their careers in a <b>paid, comprehensive rotational training program </b>that provides a strong foundation in high net worth property and casualty insurance software solutions. The program introduces Analysts to PURE&rsquo;s policies, products, technology platforms, and data analytics practices that differentiate us within the industry.
</p><p></p><p>The program begins in <b>September 2026 </b>, with each analyst splitting time between our <b>Warren, NJ </b>and <b>White Plains, NY (HQ) </b>offices. Upon completion of the program, Analysts will be placed in a full-time role at one of these locations, depending on team assignment.
