If you are self-motivated, independent, and looking for high income potential with consistent cash flow, this is the partnership for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Expert Installation: Perform full installations of residential water treatment systems (softeners, filtration, RO systems).</li><li>Field Problem Solving: Navigate various installation environments, including crawlspaces and tight utility closets.</li><li>Inventory Management: Track and manage your own equipment stock to ensure you&rsquo;re always ready for the next job.</li><li>Customer Relations: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide friendly, clear communication to homeowners.</li><li>Flexibility: Be available for a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.</li></ul>RequirementsNote: While we have a preferred system style, we are willing to train the right person on our specific equipment&mdash;provided you have the foundational plumbing skills.<ul><li>Plumbing Experience: Required. You must be confident in your pipe-fitting and residential plumbing knowledge.</li><li>Physical Ability: Must be able to perform heavy lifting (brine tanks, media tanks) and work comfortably in crawlspaces.</li><li>Equipment &amp; Tools: You must possess your own reliable work vehicle, tools, and smartphone.</li><li>Insurance: Must carry your own General Liability Insurance.</li><li>Independence: We do not micromanage.
