Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re building and growing a hands-on supplement manufacturing and warehouse operation. This role is ideal for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being part of a team that keeps product moving.As a Production Warehouse Associate, you&rsquo;ll support both warehouse operations and production floor needs, receiving and organizing materials, staging ingredients and packaging, helping with shipments, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Warehouse &amp; Material Handling</li><li>Receive, organize, and put away incoming materials and supplies</li><li>Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts</li><li>Prepare shipments: pack, label, and help load outgoing orders</li><li>Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized</li></ul>Production Support<ul><li>Assist with production line tasks</li><li>Follow SOPs for safety, cleanliness, and quality</li><li>Help keep the production floor stocked and running smoothly</li></ul>Safety, Quality &amp; Teamwork<ul><li>Follow all safety rules and cleanliness standards consistently</li><li>Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to prevent errors and delays</li><li>Take ownership of tasks and help wherever needed to support the team</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Materials in the warehouse are organized, easy to find, and accurately tracked</li><li>Production has what it needs, when it needs it</li><li>Finished goods are packed correctly, labeled properly, and shipped on time</li><li>You're reliable, detail-oriented, and trusted to work independently</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to do physical work (standing, walking, lifting/moving materials)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures</li><li>Reliability and punctuality</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment</li><li>Basic math and organization skills</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)<ul><li>Warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience</li><li>Forklift or pallet jack experience</li><li>Experience in food, supplement, or GMP-style environments</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Like This Role<ul><li>Stable full-time hours</li><li>A team environment where hard work and reliability matter</li><li>Opportunity to learn new skills as the operation grows</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
