We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, social media strategy, and community engagement across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Develop and execute monthly content calendars</li><li>Monitor social media channels and respond to messages/comments</li><li>Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports</li><li>Stay updated with trends, best practices, and algorithm changes</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and branding</li><li>Manage social media advertising (optional based on role)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Handler (portfolio or examples required)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools</li><li>Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Creativity and attention to detail</li><li>(Optional) Experience running paid ads</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Bonus)<ul><li>Photography/videography skills</li><li>Knowledge of SEO or content marketing</li><li>Experience with influencer collaborations</li><li>Copywriting experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
