The candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships across Dubai mainland and free zones.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct outdoor marketing and client visits across Dubai mainland and free zone areas.</li><li>Identify and approach potential clients to promote company recycling services.</li><li>Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.</li><li>Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations to close business deals.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.</li><li>Submit regular reports on marketing activities, client feedback, and performance.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in outdoor marketing or field sales (not online marketing).</li><li>Own visa and own car are mandatory.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Good knowledge of the UAE market, especially Dubai mainland and free zones, is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Basic Salary: AED 5,000 per month</li><li>Attractive Commission based on performance</li><li>Fuel or Mileage Allowance</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a professional, sustainability-focused organization</li></ul>Note:This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on outdoor marketing experience.
