Key Responsibilities * Accurately input, update, and manage property information, including rental prices, availability, property features, and detailed descriptions, in our internal database and on external listing websites. * Perform regular quality assurance checks on existing listings to ensure all data is current, consistent, and free from errors. * Upload and organise high-quality photographs and other digital media for each property listing, ensuring they meet company standards. * Collaborate with property managers to gather all necessary information and clarify any discrepancies. * Maintain organised and up-to-date digital records of all property listings and related data. * Adhere to strict deadlines and company guidelines for data entry and listing management. Qualifications and Skills * Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role requiring a high level of accuracy. * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. * Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data management software. * Fast and accurate typing skills are essential. * Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent written communication skills in English. * The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Previous experience in the property management or real estate sector is highly desirable but not essential.
