Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Business Development &amp; Sales</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out industry (corporate offices, retail, F&amp;B, hospitality, residential, etc.).</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies.</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage.</li><li>Ensure a smooth handover of projects to the operations team.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Strategy</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on market conditions and business opportunities.</li><li>Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company services.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Reporting</li><li>Work closely with the design and estimation teams to prepare bids and proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with project and commercial teams to align client expectations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and business leads.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Commercial Fit Out Sales: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
