 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Purple is seeing an Art Director with 6+ years of graphic design experience and 2+ years of management experience. The Art Director will oversee the design side of the creative team and will work on brand and marketing assets. The Art Director will sit on the Brand Creative Team, and will work closely with our cross-functional partners (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, etc.)
 
 
 The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and organized, and has a strong portfolio filled with performance-driven design. They understand storytelling through creative and building a brand through design.

 Partner with creative, marketing and other cross-functional teams to concept and create best-in-class assets for the brand

 Lead designers to develop new ways to communicate brand stories

 Lead in the design of essential brand assets such as packaging, signage, POP, etc.

 Support on photoshoots in close collaboration with Associate Creative Director and external agencies

 Coach &amp; mentor designers on their day-to-day work and overall career development

 Maintain and elevate the brand aesthetic across all touchpoints

 Consistently meet project deadlines

Job Summary
A Waste Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of waste and recyclables at Purple. The main responsibilities of the role are to make sure that materials are separated properly, and operating equipment for compacting and baling. The Waste Operator II will also help load waste and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety procedures. Waste Operators will also help fill empty propane tanks.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Safely Operating compactors, balers, and forklifts in a safe manner</li><li>

 Help maintain universal waste storage areas.</li><li>
Use and maintain floor scrubber</li><li>
Help maintain propane filling area and safely fill empty propane tanks.</li><li>
Be able to quarterly pass the waste management physical assessment</li></ul></div></div><div><div>

High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Forklift experience is a plus.</li><li>
