TEAM MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTIONAt Purple Garden Health Bar, We&rsquo;re looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator &amp; Content Creator to lead the development and execution of engaging digital content that drives brand awareness, audience growth, and community engagement. This is a blended role for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and strategy &mdash; creating content and also managing how it lives and performs across social platforms.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Plan, create, and publish compelling content (images, videos, Reels, carousels, stories, captions) that aligns with brand voice and goals</li><li>Own the full social media process &mdash; from concept to creation to posting and engagement</li><li>Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more</li><li>Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and brand-aligned manner</li><li>Monitor trends, viral moments, and platform updates to create timely, relevant content</li><li>Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives</li><li>Design visual assets using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Stay current on social media best practices and recommend innovative ways to elevate our presence and impact</li></ul>What We Offer:At Purple Garden Health Bar, we provide a fun, supportive, and growth-oriented environment.
