About the Opportunity:</b></div><p>
The Maintenance Parts Specialist is responsible for maintenance spare parts inventory control, ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time while controlling cost, accuracy, and stockouts. This role supports planned maintenance execution, kitting, and critical spares management to reduce unplanned downtime and emergency purchasing.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Maintain accurate spare parts inventory (receiving, issuing, stocking, and organization).</li><li>
Perform cycle counts and audits; investigate and correct variances to improve inventory accuracy.</li><li>
Create and maintain bin locations, labeling, and (if applicable) barcode standards.</li><li>
Build and maintain asset-based BOMs and recommended spare parts lists.</li><li>
Set and maintain min/max levels for critical spares; monitor lead times and reorder points.</li><li>
Kit parts for PMs and planned work; coordinate with the Maintenance Planner on the 2&ndash;4-week look-ahead.</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships for maintenance parts, including expediting and warranty tracking.</li><li>
Identify obsolete/excess inventory and support cost reduction and standardization initiatives.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Qualifications</b></h2><div><ul><li>
2+ years in maintenance storeroom, inventory control, procurement support, or similar role in manufacturing/industrial setting.</li><li>
Ability to identify common and uncommon industrial components and understand maintenance parts usage.</li><li>
Experience with a CMMS inventory module preferred; strong attention to detail and organization.</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b><br>

About the Opportunity:</b></p><p>
The Buyer is responsible for purchasing all Inventory and Non-Inventory assigned commodities to support Aerospace Manufacturing, Engineering and R&amp;D Operations. The Buyer coordinates on-time delivery of goods and administers all changes and updates to purchase orders.</p><p><b>
Location:</b> Thomasville, GA</p><p>
This position is 100% on site.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Orders production material using ERP/MRP and reorder rules to predetermine inventory guidelines.</li><li>
Coordinates changes to purchase order quantities or delivery dates, as required per production plan.</li><li>
Responsible for timely updating, accuracy, and integrity of purchasing records and data.</li><li>
Issue, Maintain and file/archive the Quotation and Purchase Order records.</li><li>
Updates suppliers on changes to specifications and arranges for effective transitions.</li><li>
Identifies new suppliers in an effort to reduce costs and increase quality and service.</li><li>
Address all receiving, invoicing and paperwork issues within a timely manner, and drive to resolution.</li><li>
Negotiates best total cost and delivery within acceptable quality standards.</li><li>
Manages inventory levels to reduce inventory while ensuring supply availability using lean manufacturing techniques.</li><li>
Ability to create reports for assigned commodities, and support all of the tendering requirements for that commodity.</li><li>
Effective problem-solving capabilities in challenging and demanding situations, and ability to focus on ever shifting priorities.</li><li>
Monitor/Expedite the Purchase Order requirements for suppliers and maintain the current commitments within the system.</li><li>
Drive the short- and long-term process improvements and instill world class practices into the materials and outsourcing organization.</li><li>
Ensure appropriate lead times are set for new and / or existing Part Numbers and maintained in the system. Negotiate with potential suppliers of products and services to achieve team goals and meet standard Ts and Cs.</li><li>
 Utilize system to receive material/service requirements through requisitions and monitor delivery receipts by examining the system's data bases.</li><li>
Coordinate the delivery of the required B/Ps and specifications from Document Control to the supplier.</li><li>
Implement Long-Term Agreements with suppliers to develop partnerships that will help satisfy price reductions and ensure on-time deliveries.</li><li>
Manage Long-Term Agreements after execution to ensure continuous improvement and success against the key performance indicators.</li><li>
Manage all communications, incoming and outgoing, regarding delivery, technical requirements, and quality concerns for respective suppliers.</li></ul><p><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business or related field</li><li>
3 years of job-related experience</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.</li><li>
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.</li></ul><p><b>

5 years of job-related experience</li><li>
Knowledge of DOD requirements and Small Business Programs in DOD environments</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in judgment, ingenuity, critical thinking and adherence to established policies and procedures</li><li>
Ability to manage projects, gather and analyze data, work in a team environment and meet deadlines timely</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint</li><li>
ERP Operating system experience</li><li>
Quality assurance methods in the Aerospace manufacturing and outsourcing environment</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.</li><li>
Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.</li><li>
