About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder II for 3rd shift to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will perform core welding work, ensure precision welding of aerospace components, and adhere to strict quality standards. Location: Stuart, Florida - onsite role 3rd shift Monday to Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. 
Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Operate TIG, MIG, and other welding equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>
Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.</li><li>

Responsible for setup and running of Forming Press Brake operations via Amada Press.</li><li>
Assemble, install, rework, repair and modify aircraft structural, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, components. Requires following written manufacturing planning, blueprints, process specifications, repair and rework sketches, and following written and/or oral instructions.</li><li>
Ensure all assemblies and detail parts are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and nonconformance issues. Check units for compliance using handheld precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, height gages and scales.</li><li>
Learn and gain a better understanding of calibrated tooling and equipment such as but not limited to vernier calipers, height gages, pi-tapes, plug gages, micrometers, go/no go gages, thread gages, cylindrical plug and vertical dividing head.</li><li>
Become proficient in interpreting blueprints to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal products.</li><li>
Become proficient in measuring, marking dimensions, and lay out material to be installed using tools such as scribes, rulers, calculators and squares.</li><li>
Become proficient in fastening joints and seams in sheet metal with solder, welds, caulk, bolts and metal driver clips, ensuring work is done carefully and bonds will last.</li><li>

About the Opportunity:
This role will implement the programs as designed by the CNC programmer to manufacture components to customer specifications and prescriptive aircraft standards on the CNC Machines.
Location: Stuart, Florida - Onsite Role 1st Shift AWW Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Participate in a positive and proactive EHS culture across the site.</li><li>
Perform CNC operations using a variety of different machines &ndash; including lathes, milling, and Laser equipment.</li><li>
Understand, interpret and work to Engineering drawings and to work to tight tolerances.</li><li>
Provide methods and technical support to other members of the team wherever necessary.</li><li>
Develop tooling solutions for both cutting and fixturing as needed.</li><li>
Working in conjunction with the manufacturing engineers and CNC programmer, operate the CNC to meet the daily production targets.</li><li>
Produce and edit NC programs via the machine control and/or ISO code.</li><li>
Ensure that full documentation is kept up to date detailing the CNC path, featuring and tooling information.</li><li>
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.</li><li>
Document actions by completing production and quality logs.</li><li>
Contribute new ideas and positive support to the current processes by improving productivity.</li><li>
Assist in solving manufacturing and quality issues utilising root cause and analysis tools.</li><li>
Sharing knowledge and experience and support coaching and mentoring to new employees and apprentices.</li><li>
Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives across Shop Operations. (I.e. Yellow Belt LEAN Manufacturing, 6S initiatives, cost reductions, housekeeping)</li><li>
To carry out any other duties that may be necessary to meet departmental objectives.</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.</li><li>
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
3 years of relevant manufacturing experience</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.</li><li>
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and blueprints</li><li>
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form</li><li>
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations</li><li>
Good math skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals</li><li>
Effective written and verbal communications skills to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak before employees in the organization</li></ul>
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor</li><li>
Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules.</li><li>
Must be able to pass an eye exam on an annual basis.</li><li>
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.</li><li>
Must be able to communicate verbally and have the ability hear.</li><li>
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop or crouch.</li><li>
The employee is occasionally required to sit.</li><li>
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.</li><li>
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.</li></ul>
