These materials are then refined in our own mills and made into the raw material used in manufacturing Greenfield&rsquo;s unparalleled drills, end mills, taps, dies, saws, and other specially manufactured tools.Position Summary:We&rsquo;re looking an HR professional who thinks beyond the box &mdash; someone with sharp business instincts and a true entrepreneurial spirit! This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor while also running the day-to-day. You'll own performance management and engagement programs, partner with managers across the organization, and ensure compliance for both hourly and salaried employees.Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with managers to support retention, promote growth opportunities, and handle employee relations</li><li>Develop strong relationships with Manager and employees, and key business partners to provide thought partnership and support</li><li>Lead the internal employee experience through coaching leadership, supporting employee relations.</li><li>Manage and conduct internal investigations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards in global jurisdictions.</li><li>Provides advice and consultation for front-line hourly Team Members regarding benefits, payroll questions, policy interpretations, and EAP issues.</li><li>Assisting with benefits administration and payroll coordination.</li><li>Analyzes and works with data to understand the drivers of business issues, employee engagement, retention, and diversity. Proposes plans to address current and future challenges in response to data analysis.</li><li>Administer hourly compensation, systems, processes, and employee wage progressions.</li><li>Administer compliance with our performance management systems for hourly employees and individual contributors in the operation.</li><li>Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring at all levels; responsible for onboarding, and ensure the employee experience is positive, support full-cycle recruitment efforts to hire exempt and non-exempt, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience.</li><li>Support HR projects such as open enrollment, automation activities, events, celebrations.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>3 to 5 years Human Resources experience in a large-scale fast paced HR environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or related field required.</li><li>Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment law.</li><li>Working knowledge of employee relations, staffing and payroll required.</li><li>Experience with HR Systems eg, ADP, Workday</li><li>Ability to lead projects involving team members that do not report to this role.</li></ul>WHY GREENFIELD INDUSTRIES?<ul><li>Competitive Salaries &amp; Benefits Plans.</li><li>Supportive &amp; Collaborative Team Environment: Our cross-functional teams are highly collaborative, with engineering, product, and sales working closely together to craft and deliver the best solutions for our customers.</li><li>World-leader in manufacturing quality cutting tools: Our industry leading brands offer superior technical and application support for our customers.</li><li>Tradition of excellence: Modern and efficient manufacturing facilities with a proven reputation for quality products and services.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
