The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities; managing client visits and maintaining strong communication with clientsJob Description:<ul><li>We are looking candiates who has 0-6 Months of experience in business development preferably in interiors real estate or construction</li><li>A strong communicator with a go getter attitude. Understands the interior design execution services based on the interior design projects in Hyderabad</li><li>Generate new leads and build a client pipeline for residential and commercial interior projects. Identify connect and pitch to potential clients including architects brands, brokers, and builders.</li><li>Handle client meetings, site visits and follow ups with professionalism.</li><li>Bachelor aposs degree in Business Marketing (BBA) or B.Tech Civil</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus</li><li>Work closely with the design and estimation team to create and present proposals</li><li>Expertise communication Knowledge in Telugu, English and Hindi</li><li>Preferrable Hyderabad based candidates with two-wheeler must and who well-know of major areas in Hyderabad.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business development: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>Telugu (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
