Position Overview The Key Account Executive &ndash; Sales &amp; Project will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the sales process for landscaping and interior greenery projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.Key Responsibilities&#61623; Identify and develop new business opportunities in Softscape, Hardscape, Interior Landscaping, and Plant Rental services.&#61623; Engage with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, corporate facility teams, and consultants to generate leads.&#61623; Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable landscaping or interior green solutions.&#61623; Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project plans.&#61623; Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.&#61623; Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.&#61623; Coordinate project handovers and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.&#61623; Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities.&#61623; Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility. Job Description For Key Account Executive &ndash; Sales &amp; Project&#61623; Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel. Required Qualifications &amp; Skills&#61623; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.&#61623; Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, interior landscaping, horticulture, or construction-related industries.&#61623; Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. &#61623; Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.&#61623; Understanding of landscape design concepts, plants, materials, and maintenance requirements (training can be provided).&#61623; Strong client relationship management and networking skills.&#61623; Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.&#61623; Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
