</div><div><p>The entry-level landscape architect / designer is responsible for land planning and landscape architecture design.
</p><p>Coordinate and preform site due diligence; including, zoning code review, utility verification and conceptual design, concept site plans, review and analysis property survey and geotechnical reports.</p>
<p>
Develop site layout designs for single-family residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, commercial retails developments, warehouse and transportation terminals, etc.</p>
<p>
Assists with the preparation of land development plans, applications and documents for municipality approvals for they different types of projects listed above. Also, assist with preparation of Construction Documents.</p>
<p>
Prepare landscape and hardscape design for streetscapes, public plazas, courtyards, trails, parks and necessary landscape elements for land development projects. Prepare final construction documents, details and plant selection for projects.
</p><p>Manage projects or tasks based on experience level. Coordinate with multiple disciplines, utility companies, and municipal agencies.</p>
<p>
Preparation of written correspondence with outside agencies, clients, etc.</p>
<p>
Preparation of proposals.</p>
<p>
Preparation of preliminary mass grading plans and final details spot grading plans, utilizing basic understanding of stormwater management design.</p>

</div><div><br>
Education:<br>
Bachelors or master&rsquo;s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering Program.
<br>
<br>
Experience:<br>
At least 0-3 years of experience working in land planning, parks, and recreation land development, specifically landscape and site design projects either for company or school project work.
<br>
<br>
Required Competencies:<br>
Understanding of land planning principals and practices.
<br>
<br>
Working knowledge of:
<br>
