The Team
The PVH Area Manager Team ensures Area Performance and optimal Clients Experience through transferring best practices to the Stores, supporting Store Managers, cascading and following up HQ/Store processes.
The Position:
Reporting to the Retail Director, the Area Manager drives store performance and an excellent client experience by supporting Store Managers, sharing best practices, and ensuring the effective implementation of HQ and store processes.

The Team
Within the Wholesale team, the E-Commerce and Franchising Specialist ensures that processes, tools, and timelines are aligned across teams, enabling seamless execution of sales campaigns and projects. This role works closely with Sales Managers, Brand Managers, Area Managers and cross-functional partners to keep the team focused and aligned.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
The Position</h2>
As a E-Commerce and Franchising Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of the Channel teams. You will manage task distribution, scheduling, reporting &amp; analysis submissions, presentations, and cross-functional coordination. Your work will ensure that the team can execute with clarity, speed, and accuracy&mdash;ultimately contributing to the department&rsquo;s success. Reporting directly to the Director Ecommerce South-East Hub, and working closely with the Director of Franchising, Region South East, the role acts as a central point for coordination, ensuring smooth communication and aligned execution across teams. THE POSITION 
The Wholesale Operations &amp; Customer Service will receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints covering items or products ordered in the respective area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul>

 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Legal Counsel is a member of the Calvin Klein Global and Tommy Hilfiger North America Advertising and Marketing team within PVH Legal. The position is responsible for advising, counselling and supporting the marketing, public relations, product development and procurement teams on a wide range of intellectual property matters related to marketing, media and advertising including content clearance and usage issues, social media posting requirements and risk assessments as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating talent/consultant/social media influencer contracts, collaboration, sponsorship and release agreements, sales and product distribution agreements and other documentation and agreements primarily in support of the advertising, marketing, PR and procurement teams of Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and PVH.
 
 
 The Legal Counsel is also responsible for advising on digital matters as well as working with outside counsel on certain issues including music licensing, SAG-AFTRA and certain other media and marketing related matters and, from time to time, litigation support.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do

 Provide advice and counselling for the advertising, marketing, PR and procurement teams

 Provide guidance on rights of publicity, fair use, content clearances, and risk assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Independently review, draft, revise, negotiate, and advise on various related contracts and agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and update memoranda and agreements for fashion shows, advertising campaigns, and major events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with advertising and marketing teams to implement form agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Mr. Tommy Hilfiger&rsquo;s personal counsel on personal appearance agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate product placement agreements for third- party productions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess data security and privacy risks for new vendors and initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with outside counsel for niche marketing and contract matters.
 </li>

 Manage licenses and reporting for music rights organizations.

 Pay Range:$121,400---$164,300
 
 
 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
