 Payroll Consultant
 
 who wants to move beyond routine payroll processing and build strong expertise in payroll operations, labor law, and payroll systems.

 What you will do

 Take an active role in payroll processes for corporate clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and control payroll calculations including overtime, leave, and severance provisions

 Manage employment commencement and termination procedures in compliance with Turkish labor legislation
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit monthly declarations and reports for SSI (SGK), District Labor Office, and &Idot;&Scedil;KUR
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain payroll records and support payroll reporting using payroll software and Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and efficiency initiatives within payroll operations
 </li>

 What we are looking for

 University degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations
 </li>

 Solid knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and SSI regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of MS Excel; experience with payroll software is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow as a payroll professional
 </li>

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Risk Management and machine learning models is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in financial risk management with a focus of credit risk is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in IRB and/or IFRS9 concepts and modeling techniques is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate findings and recommendations effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel

 Excellent writing and communications skills (in English)

 Project management experience is a plus

 Contribute to the review and/or evaluation of risk measurement data and methodologies and risk management policies

 Contribute to the risk modeling process using statistical and econometric analysis techniques

 Execute appropriate analytic strategies
