 We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to plan and execute impactful
 
 ATL/BTL campaigns
 
 , enhance
 
 brand visibility
 
 , and generate quality leads through innovative offline marketing initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement
 
 ATL/BTL campaigns
 
 to boost brand presence and lead generation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage local &amp; regional marketing activities including
 
 events, print, OOH, and community outreach
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with
 
 internal teams
 
 (design, content, operations) and
 
 external vendors/agencies
 
 for seamless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive
 
 footfall &amp; engagement
 
 at centers through events, promotions, and activation programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report campaign performance using relevant
 
 KPIs &amp; ROI metrics
 
 ; recommend improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct
 
 market research &amp; competitor analysis
 
 to identify trends and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support creative development for
 
 marketing collaterals
 
 (brochures, banners, digital ads, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage allocated
 
 marketing budgets
 
 effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee
 
 on-ground marketing teams
 
 to ensure alignment and productivity.
 </li>

 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re launching PW Disha Mentorship &mdash; a 1:1 guidance platform for NEET &amp; JEE aspirants &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day processes and ensure smooth execution across all functions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities are aligned with demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct daily audits of calls and processes to maintain smooth execution and adherence to guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor daily demand and plan resources/supply accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for high-demand hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a rating of 4.8+ for overall sessions on a monthly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track operational metrics and use insights to improve efficiency and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between mentors, students, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements for consistent service delivery.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You Should Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in the EdTech domain, preferably in an operations role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced skills in Google Sheets and data analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in operations within expert services is a plus.
 </li>
