What's the role?
Official job title is Commercial Manager - Strategy and will be based in Dubai, UAE.
The role drives strategic initiatives across the organization's investment portfolio, growth objectives, and geographic expansion. Working closely with senior leadership, Finance, commercial and sales, the Strategy Manager brings market intelligence, investment analysis, and location strategy together into clear recommendations. Key responsibilities include:
Corporate Investment Strategy<ul><li>
Shape the organization's corporate investment strategy and long-term growth agenda, including scenario planning to support executive decisions.Assess investment opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives.</li><li>
Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, peer comparison, and project economics analyses along with business cases and return-on-investment analyses to support investment decisions.</li><li>
Evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, or divestment.</li></ul>
Strategic Planning &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>
Lead strategic planning activities and support the development of business strategies.</li><li>
Conduct scenario planning and strategic assessments to support executive decision-making.</li><li>
Develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.</li></ul>
Market Intelligence &amp; Competitive Analysis<ul><li>
Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses to inform investment and business decisions.</li><li>
Monitor and deliver reports on economic conditions, regulatory developments, and industry trends impacting investment strategies.</li><li>
Maintain intelligence on emerging markets, industry disruptions, and competitor activities.</li></ul>
Geographic Expansion Strategy<ul><li>
Asses potential expansion markets based on business demand, investment potential, operational feasibility, and talent availability.</li><li>
Develop location strategies for new offices, hubs, and corporate investments.</li><li>
Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize geographic growth opportunities.</li></ul>
Transaction Execution &amp; Due Diligence<ul><li>
Support execution of acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and other strategic transactions.</li><li>
Coordinate financial, commercial, and operational due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.</li><li>
Prepare investment committee papers, board presentations, and negotiation support materials.</li></ul>
Who are we looking for?<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.</li><li>
MBA, CFA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred</li><li>
With 5&ndash;7+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy and Investments, Investment Banking, Business Transformation, Financial Due Diligence or Investment Management</li></ul></div>

 As a Data Analyst at PXGEO, you are responsible for supporting the development, design, integration, and deployment of business intelligence solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics tools. The role provides data management and analysis capabilities for current solutions, evaluates and implements new technologies to meet changing business needs in cost-effective ways, and ensures data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making purposes. Key responsibilities include:
 
 
 
 Power BI Dashboard Development
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Design, build, and update interactive Power BI dashboards with a strong focus on clarity and user experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and time‑intelligence metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Build efficient data models (relationships, hierarchies, star schema basics)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure dashboards are accurate, well‑documented, and delivered on time

 Business Intelligence and Analytics

 Assisting in the development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support business goals and objectives

 Performing and supporting data analysis, data mining, and data modeling activities to support business decision-making and identify trends, patterns and anomalies in business data

 Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders

 Who are we looking for?

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2 years of experience in data analytics and BI roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Power BI
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of Python
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Power BI design and visualization
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of data modeling
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in a relevant data analytics or BI framework is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
 </li>

 Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills to engage with both IT and business staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English verbal and written communication skills
