We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and support ongoing infrastructure works.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update daily site progress reports</li><li>Record and update measurements of executed works</li><li>Assist in basic quantity surveying activities</li><li>Compute quantities and working statements for executed items</li><li>Identify and analyze variations from approved budget data</li><li>Support documentation and reporting related to project quantities</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS)</li><li>Fundamental understanding of civil engineering construction works</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel</li><li>Willingness to learn, with patience to understand project workflows</li><li>Ability to work systematically with technical data</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Freshers are encouraged to apply</li><li>Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (preferred)</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Nature of Job: Desk-based (QS documentation &amp; data analysis)</li><li>Exposure: Understanding real-time QS data of ongoing infrastructure projects</li><li>Job Location: Karaparamba, Kozhikode</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kozhikode, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
