 Receptionist
 
 to serve as the front-facing representative of their
 
 New York City
 
 office. This individual will create a warm and professional first impression for clients and partners, while supporting the team with essential administrative and operational tasks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Welcome visitors and maintain a polished reception area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a high volume, multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and merchandise shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with inventory handling and logging of high-value items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general office support and assist with additional day to day operational duties as needed and assigned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or luxury goods is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional communication skills and polished presentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with standard office software and administrative tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, customer focused, and able to manage shifting priorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Salary:
 
 $21/hr
