 Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

 Organizational Design/ Development &amp; Operating Model Expertise ", &ldquo;Senior Stakeholder &amp; HR Partnership&rdquo;, &ldquo;Change &amp; Transition Implementation&rdquo;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience in organizational design and related disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale organizational transformations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with organizational design tools and methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current structures, roles, and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, and role definitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational design and talent strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop transition plans and support implementation of new structures, including communication and change management activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide expertise on organizational design principles, benchmarking, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements.
 </li>
 </ul>
