 Pay Range: $46.43 - $51.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Lead implementation and change management engagements for LTS clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align stakeholders and execute project plans to meet strategic milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct consultative sessions to drive adoption and optimize recruiting strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver engaging virtual sessions tied to measurable business outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to represent the customer voice.
 </li>
 </ul>
