Our solutions are designed to streamline HR operations, ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, PT), and optimize employee lifecycle management through reliable, tech-enabled service delivery.With a strong presence in Tier I and Tier II cities, and a growing footprint in central India, we are now expanding aggressively across Chhattisgarh, particularly in Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg-Bhilai, Korba, and industrial zones like Urla, Siltara, and Tilda.We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who is based in Raipur or any major city in Chhattisgarh, with strong regional knowledge and a network in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, retail, education, or healthcare.Role SummaryAs a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our payroll outsourcing and recruitment solutions across Chhattisgarh. You will work closely with business owners, HR heads, and finance leaders to offer tailored workforce solutions&mdash;whether that&rsquo;s managing salary disbursements, onboarding existing staff under our payroll system, or providing compliant, contract-based manpower.This is a field-intensive, result-oriented role ideal for someone who understands the local market, is fluent in Hindi and/or Chhattisgarhi, and can work independently while delivering measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Client Engagement<ul><li>Proactively generate leads through local business networking, cold calling, market visits, and referrals.</li><li>Connect with mid-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and large industrial units across Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur, and other districts.</li><li>Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Managers, Admin Heads, CFOs, and Proprietors to present our payroll and staffing solutions.</li></ul>Solution Selling<ul><li>Understand client pain points related to payroll, compliance, workforce management, or recruitment.</li><li>Promote the benefits of transitioning their existing staff to our payroll system for operational efficiency, legal compliance, and better workforce control.</li><li>Offer complete service packages covering salary disbursement, statutory registrations, contract staffing, recruitment, and compliance audits as per the government norms.</li></ul>Stakeholder Meetings &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across sectors including manufacturing, trading, education, logistics, and healthcare.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking long-term manpower and compliance solutions.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.</li></ul>Territory Mapping &amp; Field Work<ul><li>Travel extensively across Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Durg-Bhilai, Bilaspur, Korba, Ambikapur, etc.) for client meetings and lead follow-ups.</li><li>Attend local business events, HR meets, and industrial exhibitions to create visibility.</li></ul>Sales Conversion &amp; Deal Closure<ul><li>Manage end-to-end sales cycle&mdash;right from lead generation to proposal sharing, negotiations, and contract signing.</li><li>Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful service delivery.</li></ul>Market Intelligence<ul><li>Keep track of local employment trends, upcoming industrial projects, compliance updates, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Share regular feedback with the leadership team to support service improvement and pricing strategies.</li></ul>Candidate ProfileEducation<ul><li>Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.</li><li>MBA or PGDM in Sales/HR/Marketing will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, payroll outsourcing, or staffing solutions.</li><li>Prior experience dealing with industries in Chhattisgarh is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll concepts, compliance frameworks (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and manpower models.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Chhattisgarhi will be a plus.</li><li>Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Based in Raipur or any major city in Chhattisgarh.</li><li>Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler for local travel.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently across districts.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A high-growth role in one of India&rsquo;s fastest-growing HR services sectors.</li><li>Attractive base salary + uncapped performance incentives.</li><li>Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement.</li><li>Career development opportunities in business leadership and regional management.</li><li>Transparent and performance-driven work culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
