We are looking for a skilled and responsible BSc MLT Lab Technician to support our diagnostic services by performing laboratory investigations, maintaining quality standards, and assisting clinicians in accurate diagnosis and patient careKey ResponsibilitiesLaboratory Responsibilities :<ul><li>Perform routine and specialized laboratory investigations</li><li>Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately</li><li>Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers</li><li>Ensure proper sample storage and handling procedures</li><li>Maintain test accuracy and follow quality control protocols</li><li>Generate and verify laboratory reports in a timely manner</li></ul>Clinical &amp; Patient Care Support:<ul><li>Assist doctors in diagnostic evaluation through accurate lab results</li><li>Follow infection control and biomedical waste management protocols</li><li>Ensure patient safety and confidentiality</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Quality Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain laboratory records and documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory laboratory standards</li><li>Monitor stock, reagents, and consumables inventory</li><li>Participate in quality audits and improvement programs</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
