QFloors is seeking a part time, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Web Developer &amp; Site Optimization Specialist to oversee, optimize, and maintain multiple company websites, including qfloors.com, qprosoftware.com, and support.qfloors.com. This entry-level position requires both technical expertise and creative problem-solving to ensure each site performs efficiently, adheres to modern web standards, and supports our marketing and business goals.Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficient in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.</li><li>Strong understanding of responsive and semantic design principles.</li><li>Highly resourceful and able to work independently with limited supervision.</li><li>Experience using VSCode (including hotkeys, extensions, Emmet shortcuts, and workspace setup).</li><li>Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control workflows.</li><li>Basic understanding of PHP and .htaccess (Apache configuration) preferred but not required.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, image optimization, accessibility, and web performance best practices.</li><li>Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console is a plus.</li></ul>Why Join: QFloors / Leap Tools is a leader in flooring industry software solutions, offering innovative tools that help businesses operate more efficiently and profitably.
