The role involves building strong dealer and contractor relationships, achieving regional sales targets, and driving customer satisfaction through effective account management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned regional targets.</li><li>Build, manage, and nurture relationships with dealers, contractors, and key accounts.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and after-sales support.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.</li><li>Lead territory expansion initiatives and ensure brand visibility across the region.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation:<ul><li>MBA in Sales/Marketing or a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales of construction/earthmoving equipment or related field.</li><li>Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.</li><li>Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul>Attributes<ul><li>Self-motivated and result-oriented.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>Strong customer focus with relationship-building skills.</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to travel extensively.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in managing large dealer/contractor networks.</li><li>Knowledge of construction and mining machinery market in India.</li><li>Exposure to handling high-value B2B sales.</li></ul>How to Applyadmin@qgreentech.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
